Abstract: A bond statement signed by Mary Jane Williams and R. Ledbetter, witnessed by S.W. Cooley, Sheriff. Williams and Ledbetter bound themselves to the state of Tennessee in the penal sum of $250. This sum was to be voided if Williams appeared before the Circuit Court in Dover to answer an indictment in an adultery case for cohabitation.

Abstract: A hand colored lithograph that represents the funeral procession held in New York City on June 24, 1845 in memory of Andrew Jackson. In the foreground, a wagon carries a gold urn inscribed with the names of Washington, La Fayette, Harrison, and Jackson. An eagle is purchased on the wagon clutching a ribbon inscribed "Jackson" in his beak. Four white horses are pulling the wagon. The horses, wagon, and urn are all draped in black. Behind the wagon is a white riderless horse with a saddle and saddle blanket.. The horses are attented by three men wearing turbans, blue vests, and sashes. In the background there is a parade of soldiers wearing red, white, and blue uniforms, led by a mounted officer and a military band. Behind the soldiers an iron fence is visible that leads to a gate with two large stone gate posts. Crowds of people line the other side of the fence and gate watching the procession. A horse drawn carriage is also visible in the crowd. In the crowd, eight black draped banners represent various organizations. Three banners are legible and the represent the I.O.O.F., NY Fire Department, and the 2nd Division. A large two story Greek Revival building is visible in the right background, with all of its windows and porticoes lined with people. An American flag flies from the roof of the building. In the left hand background two trees are visible. Underneath the print is the following inscription in large bold black letters: GRAND FUNERAL PROCESSION IN MEMORY OF GEN. JACKSON as it started from the City Hall New York June 24th, 1845.

Abstract: Sword and sheath. Sword handle and sheath are gold washed brass. Hilt is in form of an eagle's head with applied decorations. Blade is of etched steel. Sheath has various military motifs applied as decorations. Two rings for hanger straps. (hanger missing). Inscriptions: Inscription 1: made at N.Starrs manufactury Middletown Connecticut. Inscription 2: This sword is presented by the State of Tennesseee to Major General Andrew Jackson for meretorious service performed in the late war with Great Britain.

Abstract: Two warrants order any sworn officer of Jefferson County, TN to summon Isaac Crider to appear before a Justice of the Peace. Justice Thos. Snoddy issued and signed the first warrant. Crider had written a note in 1825 promising to pay Nicholas Coffman for services rendered. Crider was summoned in 1827 to answer two pleas of debt to Coffman, the first plea amounting to less than $30 and the second to less than $10.

In the beginning, Goad confesses to using harsh language, making false statements about others, and towards the end, Goad allows that he will be "governed" by the church, wishes for spring to come and ends by asking for a blessing for the church.
