Brown to move his business, Greeneville Concrete Construction Company, to Johnson City on or around April 30, 1910. R. F. Brown`s business was to be established on the industrial line of the Carolina, Clinchfield and Ohio Railway and a corporation formed under laws of the State of Virginia. The agreement included transfer of Mr. Brown`s machinery and equipment and stock in the new corporation for the amount of $10,000.
