Dr [Dear] Sir

I presume you have forgotten the Surgeonship of which I spoke to you on Sunday. If you will send me the name of any person you wish invited I will have the invitation sent to you, and will accompany it with such information in regard to the matter as will enable the person s invited to come to a just conclusion in regard to attending the Medical Boards.
