I will offer for sale to the highest bidder for Cash in the Town of Waverly on Monday the 7th day of October next, one brown horse and one yoke of Oxens, levid [levied] on as the property of Jacob. M. Wheat , at the instant of Richard Batson former clerk and Master of the Circuit Court of Humphreys County , To satisfy a [unclear: Fi Fa ] to me directed from the honerable [honorable] Circuit Court of said County, at its July term 1850, Sale within the [unclear: house ] prescribed by law &C, [et cetera] September 5th 1850 .
