Greeting.

We command you to summon James Park instantly to appear before the Judge of our Circuit Court now sitting in Knox County at the Court House in Knoxville to testify and the truth to say in a cause depending in said Court between Campbells [unclear: See ] & Dunlap & york Plaintiff and Dunlop & york Defendant on behalf of the Plaintiff and this he shall not omit under the lawful penalty Witness Francis A.
