The Senate do not concur with you in referring the petition from Sundry inhabitants of Mero District , praying that the Road from South West Point to Sumner County be repaired, & propose that it be refered [referred] to a joint committee of the [gap] two houses & name on their part Mr Douglass & Mr. Rutledge To which they request your concurrence
