KNOW YE, That we do commission Thomas B. Reppetoe of the county of Jefferson a Justice of the Peace in and for said county, and do authorize and empower him to execute and fulfil the duties of a Justice of the Peace in said county, agreeably to the constitution and laws of this State; with all the powers, privileges and enduments thereto appertaining.

In testimony whereof, J. Newton Cannon , Governor of the State aforesaid, have hereunto set my hand, and caused the great Seal of the State to be affixed at Nashville , the 19 day of July 1839.
