Davidson County Court October Sessions 1830

On motion of Ephrain H. Foster esquire and it appearing to the satisfaction of the court here that William R. Caswell a resident of this county is a man of good moral character and that he has attained the age of twenty one years. It is therefore ordered that said facts be certified as a preparatory step to his obtaining License to practice law in this state
