Summary:This is a letter to Andrew Jackson Donelson from Edgar Snowden of unknown date. It is believed to be around 1834. Snowden is writing in reference to President Jackson's upcoming address to Congress. He wants a copy in advance for his father's newspaper. He assures absolute secrecy as to the contents. Snowden also mentions that this is the way it has always been done in the District.
