| Summary: | This is a petition for the relief of debt collection and settlement. The signers of the petition, in fear of having their property sold for less than two-thirds its value, ask the governor of Tennessee, James Jones to request the state legislature to pass some resolution that will aid in relieving the distress of the community, including a two year moratorium. |
