| Summary: | This document is a legal agreement between Jesse Maxwell and John R. Dunn, et.al., the trustees of a school. The agreement states that Maxwell has given an acre of his property to the school in order to build a brick schoolhouse. The agreement also states that the trustees paid Maxwell $1.00 for the use of a water spring and a pathway used by the teachers and students of the school to access the spring. It is stated that both Maxwell and the school are to have equal access to the spring. |
