Summary:This is a letter to T.S. Heiskell from William G. Brownlow dated May 30, 1836. Brownlow writes that he is unable to fulfill a work contract on time for Heiskell. Brownlow also writes that he does not have the money he owes to Heiskell. He informs Heiskell of the actions he has taken to remedy the situation, and sends his regrets.
