Summary:This is a letter from W. B. Campbell to Adam Fergusson, dated October 5, 1837. Campbell writes about Mr. Fair, a man who was wrongly dropped from the pension rolls. He wants to have Congress pass a law in favor of the man. He also writes of the state of Mrs. Kezia McCarroll's claim, and of trying to get information on other people that Fergusson has written to him about. Campbell also bemoans a resolution proposed in the House to not fund a National Bank.
